What is BPSS?

BPSS⁺ comes with the option of rehabilitation of upper limb also, it offers two different modules for the same. One module has a virtual pegboard, making it more engaging and motivating to the patient. The other module is a virtual number board, both modules have shown high rate of engagement among the patients, which helps in the moral boosting and fast recovery of the patients.  This add on can also be used by Wheelchair bounded patients.

Steps for Postural Balance Analysis:

1. Baseline (Blind)

• Stand with both feet together for 60 seconds with eyes open
• Stand with both feet together for 60 seconds with eyes closed

2. Intervention (Balance Training)

• Stand on the system for 3 minutes with eyes open while maintaining the posture
• Maintain equal weight distribution on left and right foot
• Maintain the balance of both the feet in anterior-posterior direction
• Repeat the trial three times

3. Evaluation

• Repeat both the steps of A again for the evaluation post intervention.
