This website is operated by Bio-Med International Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information shared through it. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through a quotation, rental or contact form:
- your name, email address and, if you give them, phone number and organisation;
- your delivery country and city;
- the products, quantities and any other details you include in your message.
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Information kept on your device
Your quote list, saved items and products selected for comparison are stored in your browser’s local storage so they are still there when you return. A form you have started is kept in session storage until you close the tab. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit a request. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
We do not run our own advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information. The embedded Google Map on our contact page is provided by Google and may use cookies or receive technical information as described below.
Embedded Google Maps
Our contact page uses embedded Google Maps previews to show the Gurugram office and Bio-Med International works location. When the map loads, your browser connects directly to Google, which may receive information such as your IP address, device details, and may use cookies according to Google's privacy terms. Google Maps is not used to process website enquiries. To interact with the map, follow the Google Maps link; the embedded previews do not intercept page scrolling.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
- to arrange delivery, installation, rental or after-sales support you have asked for;
- to keep records of quotations and orders as required for accounting and tax purposes.
We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are stored with our database and email service providers, who process them on our behalf and may be located outside India. If you place an order, we share the details needed for delivery with our logistics partners. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are then deleted. Records linked to orders are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, contact us and tell us the email address you used.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is accessible only to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
