Delivery in India
We arrange delivery across India. Your quote will show the cost for your location and the estimated lead time. Larger items, such as stairs, swings and climbing walls, may arrive in parts for assembly. If installation is included, that will be noted in the quote.
Orders outside India
Share the destination country and city, and let us know if you have a preferred freight forwarder. We’ll confirm whether we can quote for that destination and set out:
- the shipping method and the point at which responsibility passes to you;
- the export documents we can provide, such as a commercial invoice and packing list;
- the estimated dispatch date.
Import duties, local taxes and customs clearance are usually the buyer’s responsibility. Some medical devices need registration or approval before import. Please check your local requirements and tell us if you need particular documents.
When your order arrives
We’ll send the shipment details after dispatch. When it arrives, check the packaging and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If there’s a problem, see warranty and returns.
